Can Capacitor Reduce Electric Bill?
Here I am talking about 2 cases:
1/ Homemade AC generator
The output of the homemade AC generator is equipped with a capacitor along with other electronic components.
This delays the Lenz force, or redirects it to another purpose.
The Lenz force, which is the reverse electromotive force, is generated in the process of creating voltage at the coil on the Stator when the magnet on the Rotor rotates.
This force opposes the movement of the Rotor. Therefore, this force makes the generator need additional kinetic energy sources such as wind power, water source, etc.

2/ Capacitor in Overunity Circuit
In an electronic circuit there are inputs and outputs for electrical signals. The signals can be square DC pulses, sine waves, etc.
When the circuit is working, we can measure the power at the input by P = V.I, where V is the voltage, I is the current.
At the output, too. And if we measure the output power greater than the input, we have an Overunity circuit, which means the power efficiency is greater than 1 (often abbreviated COP >1).
There are many such circuits. But the mainstream education does not teach us. This is hidden technology by the big powers.
Let me introduce a simple circuit that I mentioned recently:
The Joule Thief circuit above. The battery will be recharged by the output, and at the same time charge another secondary battery. This circuit often appears on experiments to demonstrate Overunity. It is demonstrated on a laboratory scale. Engineers have not revealed much about how it becomes a generator. 3/ Conclusion and related comments
If you already have the output as free energy, that is Overunity, then you can store it in a capacitor, then design your own DC to AC conversion for use. Usually, free capacitor energy electronic circuits give high frequency AC. So, you need to make your own way to convert AC to DC, then DC to AC. It is similar to an inverter, if you do not want to make your own.
A capacitor bank can be used as a battery system if you cannot afford to buy batteries. This capacitor bank replaces the batteries in the Overunity electronic circuit. This is a cheap way to get free energy, reducing your electricity bill to zero.
